Terms of Service (Terms & Conditions)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sweepy G website and the Sweepy G Monthly Membership subscription service (“Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By visiting our site or subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Sweepy G provides entertainment-based sports analysis, forecasting, and information including:

  • Sports opinions and predictions

  • Sports analysis and statistical insights

  • Optional SMS or email notifications for subscribers

All content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy or profits.

2. Subscription Services & Billing

  • Fees & Renewal. Premium services are offered on a recurring monthly basis at USD $24.99 (plus any applicable taxes). Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.

  • Payment Method. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method until you cancel.

  • Cancellation. You may cancel anytime via your account page or by emailing realsweepyg@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.

  • Refunds. Refunds are at our sole discretion and typically only for technical issues that prevent access to the Service.

3. SMS Messaging Terms (If Enabled)

By subscribing to SMS notifications, you consent to receive texts from Sweepy G.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Frequency varies based on picks availability.

  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

  • We may use reputable third-party services to deliver messages.

4. Entertainment & Responsible Gambling Disclaimer

  • All picks, predictions, opinions, and analysis are for entertainment only.

  • Sports wagering involves risk. We make no guarantees of success and you should never bet more than you can afford to lose.

  • We encourage responsible gambling:

    • Set time and money limits.

    • Never chase losses or gamble under the influence.

    • Seek help if gambling becomes a problem.

  • To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, graphics, and data provided through the Service are owned by Sweepy G or our licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes during your active subscription.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweepy G and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By subscribing, you consent to the collection and use of personal data as described there, including the use of third-party providers to process payments and deliver communications.

9. Changes to Terms or Service

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our site. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of MA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration / in the courts of MA.
